RPG Maker MZ | Day, Night cycle

I upload the plugin made with ChatGPT, the plugin checks computer time.
Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM it's day
Between 10PM and 6:00 AM it's night

The plugin is active when Switch ID 13 is on. The switch ID 1 is the day night switch.

Switch ON is the night
Switch OFF is the day. 

I suggest to add a parallel event on the map to change tint when it's day or night, You can make event to work only when it's night, it all depends on Switch ID 1.

The plugin works only when Switch ID 13 is on, so You can make this day night cycle when the player wants to play this way
